With another week comes a new set of rankings and a number of improvements to the site that I'll point out for you.
This week, Boys Paperweight teams have been added to the system. While the teams don't have enough games at this point in the season, there will be two Paperweight tournaments this weekend and the teams are expected to start playing more games. Novice Girls have also been added for the 2013 season.
This past week MYLax worked with the OLA to enhance the tournament results information. In the tournament directory, you will notice that when all scores and information for a tournament division have been entered into the system, the tournament division will become a link to that information. We now report the classification of the tournament brackets and will report one or more winners as appropriate. The OLA is also looking at identifying tournament divisions were openings exist to help coaches and managers identify potential tournaments later in the season. As of today, no tournament divisions are designated as such, but in the next week you should expect some tournament divisions to appear in red text with a double asterisk beside them indicating that they are still looking for one or more teams.
